In new Limousin type oak barrels, large grain and medium grain.

Tasting
40% vol : This cognac has aged in  new oak barrels for  the first few years, then in  old barrels . With a rich and warm amber color, this XO cognac offers a palette of unified flavors and fragrances that nothing disturbs either at the start or at the end of the tasting. You will discover, among other things, scents of nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and prunes. EXTRAORDINARILY soft and round cognac with a remarkable length in the mouth.
