X.O. (Extra Old) N° 27
Aged first in new Limousin style oak barrels of average and thick wood grain.
42,7% ABV: This cognac was first aged in new oak barrels, then in old barrels. Nice amber color. Strong and delicate with touches of nutmeg and cloves. Cinnamon, a hint of vanilla, and candied prunes give this cognac a remarkably long finish. The rancio Charentais (regional idiom for subtle aromas) is highly evident.
