Tasting
42% vol : An exceptional very old cognac, handed down from generation to generation and distilled from wines of different grape varieties such as Folle blanche, Colombard, Ugni-blanc, etc. With a natural degree, this Grand cognac acquired after a very long process of aging in oak barrels, this softness, this sweetness and this velvety which only the most noble of the very old cognacs of Grande Champagne offer. Creamy nose with hints of leather and tobacco scents. Surprisingly elegant and deep for such an old cognac. Very long finish in the mouth, with spicy notes and above all that complex, fine and noble aroma of rancio.
