Ageing  : In Bourbon cask, finishing in Red Pineau cask.

Tasting: 43% vol. An accessible and refined whisky, perfectly suited to the summer season. Its balance between cereal notes, acid freshness and floral finesse makes it a unique product, both tasty and refreshing.

Nose: Clear and delicate expression, marked by cereal and fresh citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit). Aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, green apple) enrich the whole, combined with subtle floral nuances that bring finesse and elegance.

Palate:A rounded, fruity and floral attack, offering a delightful richness. The texture is supple and well-structured, with a hint of subtle acidity that energises the profile. This balance between roundness and freshness gives the whisky a beautiful harmony between smoothness and vivacity.

Finish: Light and fresh, it develops citrus and floral notes. The aromatic persistence is moderately long but elegant, suggesting a seasonal character, spring or summer.
